1. I have confidentiality concerns regarding the data I have. If I take your services, how can I be assured of data security?
At ClariDa, we are fully aware of the issues of data integrity and confidentiality. As part of the Service Agreement between us, the service provider and you, the recipient of our services, we ensure to agree to abide by the laws and regulations governing data protection, data access, data sharing and usage. Any breach in the agreement would be dealt with seriously and liable for pertinent actions.
2. Is your organization registered? How can I be fully assured if I have a concern?
ClariDa is the tradename of a for-profit organisation, Clarida Research Private Limited (CRPL), registered under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, India since April, 2019. Kindly contact us if you need further details
3. What is the pricing for different services offered by you?
The kind of services provided by us vary in terms of quality & quantity. Besides, they are tailormade for each of our clients as per their specific requirements. For example, when it comes to assistance with report writing or data analyses, the service charges could depend on the length of the report, content of the write up, level of analyses, time needed for the deliverable and so on. Rest assured, we offer very competitive rates and in line with the quality of our deliverables.

4. I have been delivered the final product but I’m not satisfied with the services and want my money back. Is this possible?
At ClariDa, we aim to deliver the best. Our team makes the best possible efforts to deliver what was agreed upon and not a fraction less. To deal with the issues of non-satisfaction, we refer to the original service agreement and any compromise on the same from our side is strictly dealt with. Client satisfaction is very important for us and we are always happy to address any perceived shortcomings with utmost attention. Unfortunately, return of the money received as part of the agreed services is not possible, except under exceptional circumstances
5. I wish to meet a team member before taking any of your services. How is that possible?
Personal interaction is always welcome & recommended. As a matter of fact, we tend to meet with our clients in person as much as possible to better understand their needs and discuss how best we would be able to address those requirements.

6. I’m currently availing your services and have made the payment. However, I’ve now decided not to continue. Can I get back my payment?
As mentioned earlier, once both parties have a service agreement and the financial transaction is complete, it is not possible for us to undo the same. However, under exceptional circumstances and only by mutual consent, partial refund of the payment is possible after taking into consideration the time, efforts and resources exhausted until that time.
